MMOT's litigation section is led by Brian O'Toole, who has been the lead attorney in over thirty jury and bench trials and first or second chair in contested administrative proceedings involving the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission (now TCEQ), the Texas Racing Commission and the Texas Lottery Commission. Brian is also a former CPA with particular expertise in complex business cases.
