MMOT's litigation section is led by Brian O'Toole, who has been the lead attorney in over thirty jury and bench trials and first or second chair in contested administrative proceedings involving the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission (now TCEQ), the Texas Racing Commission and the Texas Lottery Commission. Brian is also a former CPA with particular expertise in complex business cases. The litigation team also includes Alice Ortiz. Alice graduated magna cum laude from Baylor Law School in 2004 and clerked for Justice Dale Wainwright at the Texas Supreme Court. The combined experience of the trial team, together with the particular expertise of the firm's administrative and environmental lawyers, position MMOT to handle a tremendous range of cases.
