Practice Concentration & Experience

Ms. Glenn’s practice includes counseling on a variety of administrative law issues, environmental regulatory issues, and environmental litigation. Ms. Glenn practices both before state agencies, including contested case proceedings, and in state court related to judicial review of agency decisions. Her current practice also includes a concentration on appellate practice before the Texas Courts of Appeal and the Texas Supreme Court. Ms. Glenn was admitted to practice law in 1998. She served as Briefing Attorney to the Honorable Justice Woodie Jones, Third Court of Appeals for the State of Texas, during the 1998-1999 term. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Glenn served as a legal assistant in the General Litigation Division of the Texas Office of the Attorney General. Ms. Glenn was also employed as an instructor with the University of Texas at Austin Legal Assistant Program from 1997-1999.
