Our attorneys are well known in their practice before governmental agencies in administrative law. William Moltz is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has over 30 years experience. Janessa Glenn has over 10 years experience, including serving as a briefing attorney at the Third Court of Appeals (the court that issues the majority of administrative law decisions for Texas), as well as service as a law clerk in the Administrative Law Division of the Office of the Texas Attorney General. Brian O'Toole was one of the lead attorneys in a 3 month environmental permitting hearing.

The attorneys in the Firm have represented clients on numerous occasions in contested case hearings involving a wide variety of issues and agencies, from contested applications for commercial waste management to contested applications to build and/or operate a horse racetrack.
